Field role with weekly reporting at our Noida office
Work Days:
Monday-Friday (Saturdays only when required)
Travel:
Occasional pan-India travel based on project needs
Experience:
2-3 years in Sales (HR domain knowledge preferred)
What We're Looking For:
A proactive individual skilled at building and maintaining client relationships
Someone who understands recruitment/staffing processes and can translate them into effective sales conversations
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently on field
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
