What You'll Be Doing

This role is centered on aggressive sales growth, strong relationship management, and market expertise.

Business Development:

Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the real estate market.

Broker Relations:

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with B2B brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Sales Cycle Management:

Own the entire sales process--from initial lead generation and conducting property site visits to delivering compelling presentations and securing deal closures.

Client Management:

Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain high client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed on property rates, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Experience is Key:

Minimum

1 year of proven experience

in

real estate sales

(residential or commercial).

Communication Mastery:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Target Achiever:

A self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented approach with a history of meeting sales targets.

Language Fluency:

Must be fluent in both

English and Hindi

Tech Savvy (Preferred):

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Microsoft Excel.
