The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our distribution network. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
Ensure products are displayed effectively in retail outlets.
Manage budgets and control expenses.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of [Number] years of experience.
