Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, building strong client relationships, and promoting our properties to potential customers including tourists, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, online platforms, networking, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings for rooms, banquets, and group stays.
Promote the unique features of each hotel and tailor sales pitches according to customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
Maintain a strong online presence and respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Attend travel expos, events, and conferences to expand the client base.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the operations and marketing team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
