We're looking for a driven
Sales Executive
who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and growing revenue.
What You'll Do
Identify and onboard new
B2B clients
(brands, startups, distributors, agencies, individual founders)
Pitch manufacturing, co-packing, and private-label solutions
Handle inbound leads and convert them into active, paying clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams to close and execute orders
Prepare proposals, quotations, and lead commercial discussions
Maintain strong client relationships and upsell additional services
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using the in-house CRM
Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Who You Are
Strong communicator with confident negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing conversations
Experience in FMCG, beverages, packaging, or manufacturing sales is a plus
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
1-2 years of sales experience preferred (freshers with strong drive can apply)
