Sales Executive – Government Accounts

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive - Government Accounts to support business development activities across Central & State Government departments, PSUs, Smart City initiatives, and Urban Development Authorities.
The role focuses on opportunity identification, tender support, stakeholder coordination, and solution positioning, working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to support CCTech's digital transformation initiatives in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
Government Sales & Opportunity Tracking

  • Identify and track business opportunities across government departments, PSUs, and public-sector agencies.
  • Monitor GeM, CPPP, and State e-Procurement portals for relevant tenders and RFPs.
  • Map client organizations and understand high-level digital transformation objectives.
Tender & Proposal Support
  • Support end-to-end tender processes including pre-bid meetings, clarifications, documentation, and submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for timely and compliant proposals.
  • Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Solution Positioning
  • Assist in positioning CCTech offerings such as:
  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • BIM & Digital Twin solutions
  • GIS + 3D visualization platforms
  • Custom software and API integrations
  • Support client presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systems.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on leads, bids, and opportunity status.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, tender coordination, or government contracting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or Business Administration.
  • Basic understanding of government procurement processes and tendering systems.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts such as BIM, GIS, or engineering software solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Smart City Missions, Urban Development Authorities, PWDs, or PSUs.
  • Experience working with system integrators or OEM ecosystems (Autodesk, Bentley, GIS platforms).
  • Ability to interact with both technical and administrative stakeholders.
