Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source new gold loan customers through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities Educate customers on gold loan products, interest rates, terms, and repayment options Conduct preliminary evaluation of gold ornaments for purity and weight (with support from appraiser) Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems Coordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, and closures Maintain high customer service standards and build long-term relationships Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets Participate in promotional campaigns and on-ground marketing events
