Job Description

Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires effective communication, negotiation skills, and acumen of the real estate market to convert prospects into successful bookings. The candidate should maintain client relationships, ensure proper documentation, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate new leads through networking, social media, referrals, and property portals.

• Conduct property site visits and present project details effectively to clients.

• Follow up with potential buyers and close deals through professional communication.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.

• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for smooth transaction flow.

• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.

• Ensure all client documentation, receipts, and KYC processes are completed accurately.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat and referral sales.

• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and property events.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.(Preferably Masters)

• 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of local real estate market trends.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Konkani preferred.
