GLR Spares is a division of Growth Accelerator Technologies Pvt Ltd, focused on providing high-quality industrial spares and components to clients in the pharma, chemical, and manufacturing sectors. We are expanding our sales team to further strengthen our market presence and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (pharma, chemical, etc.)
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable GLR Spares products
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain updated records of client interactions, orders, and payments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (in Engineering, Business, or related fields)
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or spares
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel locally for client visits
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
