Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for
solar PV and battery systems
Consult customers on system size, savings, ROI, and rebates (STC)
Conduct site assessments (virtual or physical, if required)
Prepare and explain
accurate quotes and proposals
Follow up with prospects to close sales
Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
Coordinate with operations, installation, and compliance teams
Stay updated on
CEC guidelines, STC rebates, and state policies
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Deliver excellent customer service before and after sale
Requirements:
Proven experience in
solar or renewable energy sales
Strong understanding of
Australian solar market & STC process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to educate customers (consultative selling approach)
Comfortable working with CRM systems
Target-driven and self-motivated
CEC accreditation knowledge (preferred, not mandatory)
