We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Franchise Development team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in telecalling, and a receptive approach to engaging potential franchise partners over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchisees, effectively explaining our brand, franchise model, and investment requirements. - Respond to inbound inquiries by providing comprehensive information about our franchise opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the franchise onboarding process. - Gain a thorough understanding of the brand's offerings, including investment estimations, menu details, and competitive advantages. - Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close franchise agreements. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to facilitate a seamless transition for new franchise partners. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telecalling or sales. - Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [Languages Required]. - Open-Mindedness: Adaptability to understand different customer perspectives and effectively address objections. - Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to influence and persuade potential partners. - Target-Oriented: Capability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
