Job Description



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to build market share through strong distribution networks and active engagement with fabricators, carpenters, influencers, builders, and government agencies. The role focuses on driving demand, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities



Build and strengthen distribution networks to achieve monthly sales targets across products, distributors, towns, and territory Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and fabricators in high-potential markets Expand market presence based on town-wise and population-based targets Plan and execute market visits as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) Develop strong relationships with distributors, fabricators, carpenters, builders, contractors, and government bodies Analyze sales performance, distributor productivity, and market trends to drive improvement Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic initiatives to improve market penetration Ensure excellent after-sales service, address customer complaints, and follow up on payments Maintain accurate sales records and submit monthly sales and distributor reports on time

Required Qualifications



Education:



Bachelors Degree (Minimum 50% marks) First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th is mandatory

Experience:



6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales & distribution Experience in building materials industry preferred Candidates with 3+ years of experience may be considered for higher responsibilities

Skills & Competencies



Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Good analytical and numerical ability Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Fluency in local language along with Hindi and English
