Key Responsibilities:

Property Showings & Tours:
Conduct property viewings, explain features, and answer questions to match clients with suitable properties.
Negotiation & Sales:
Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible deals for both parties while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition to provide expert advice to clients.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and present property proposals to clients, showcasing available listings and highlighting key selling points.
Documentation:
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
Performance Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including real estate agents, managers, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Real Estate License:
Must be licensed (or be willing to obtain one).
Strong Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
