Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Accounts, Legal) for smooth booking and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and review meetings
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Good follow-up and relationship management skills
Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
