Generate new leads and develop business opportunities for Shish Industries products
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups with prospective customers
Promote and sell company products to dealers, distributors, and direct clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production and dispatch teams
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends
Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding dues
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (preferred)
0-1 years of experience in sales (manufacturing / industrial sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Willingness to travel for field sales
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B / industrial / manufacturing sales
Knowledge of dealer and distributor network management
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting
