Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Follow-up
Follow up on daily leads provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and convert leads into prospects
2. Customer Communication & Site Visits
Communicate professionally with customers via calls and WhatsApp
Visit customer sites for meetings, surveys, and presentations
3. Solar System & Subsidy Explanation
Explain solar system working, benefits, and features in simple language
Provide correct information about government subsidies (PM Suryaghar Yojana, GEDA, etc.)
4. Quotation & Negotiation
Prepare quotations as per customer requirements
Explain pricing clearly and negotiate professionally
5. Order Closing & Coordination
Convert prospects into confirmed orders
Collect advance payments and complete required documentation
Coordinate with technical and project teams after order confirmation
Candidate Requirements
Mandatory:
Male candidate only
Must be based in Surat or willing to work in Surat
Minimum 1 year experience in field sales
(Real Estate / FMCG / Telecom / Insurance / Solar preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Field sales experience
Own two-wheeler
(Bike compulsory)
Valid driving license required
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in solar sales
