Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and enquiry records.
Coordinate with clients regarding orders, follow-ups, and service-related queries.
Track sales targets, performance metrics, and monthly reports.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
Communicate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order execution.
