Efforts Solar & EV is expanding its solar division and is looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Executive

with hands-on experience in the

solar energy sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, lead generation, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets for solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial clients for solar solutions Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market networking Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions (rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, etc.) Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities Coordinate with project execution and service teams to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

Key Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of field sales experience in the solar industry

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Good understanding of solar products, systems, and services Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions professionally Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Language:

Fluency in the local language is preferred
