Duties



Proactively reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies to generate new business opportunities Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business development initiatives

Skills



Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer data and sales activities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Experience in inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, or marketing campaigns Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms to streamline processes Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment Strong business development acumen with a focus on expanding client base
