Key Responsibilities



Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients via

LinkedIn and professional platforms

. Generate and qualify leads, converting them into business opportunities. Manage

pre-sales activities

: research, outreach, proposal creation, and presentations. Support

post-sales processes

ensuring client satisfaction and smooth handovers. Collaborate with

business and marketing teams

to align lead generation strategies. Track daily outreach metrics and maintain a robust

sales pipeline

. Conduct

market research

to identify emerging business opportunities. Consistently achieve individual and team-based

sales targets

Candidate Profile



Hands-on experience in

LinkedIn-based lead generation

is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities. Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Mandatory:

Lead Generation via LinkedIn, Pre-Sales, Client Communication, MS Office, Sales Pipeline Management

Good-to-Have:

CRM Tools (HubSpot/Zoho), IT/Software Sales Experience, Market Research, Proposal & Presentation Development

Pay: ₹15,000.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month
