Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The role involves educating customers on renewable energy benefits, conducting site assessments, and closing sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects Meet potential customers and explain solar solutions, ROI, and government subsidies Conduct basic site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and savings calculations Close sales deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets Coordinate with engineering, installation, and finance teams for smooth project execution Maintain customer database and sales reports in CRM systems Stay updated on solar industry trends, policies, and incentives Participate in marketing activities, site visits, and exhibitions

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred) Experience in solar/renewable energy sales is an advantage (freshers can apply) Strong communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and subsidies (training provided) Willingness to travel for field sales and site visits
