Job Summary
The Sales & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments for tuition classes by engaging with walk-in parents and students, generating new leads, and building long-term relationships. The role involves a combination of on-floor counseling and off-floor business development activities to achieve admission and revenue targets.
On-Floor Responsibilities
Engage directly with walk-in parents and students at the center.
Explain courses, batches, teaching methodology, and fee structure clearly.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Handle objections, negotiations, and admission-related queries professionally.
Maintain daily records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission processes.
Off-Floor Responsibilities
Generate leads through field activities, school visits, references, and local marketing.
Identify new business opportunities and potential student segments.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and referral partners.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Ability to explain academic concepts and offerings in a simple manner.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Comfortable handling both customer-facing and field responsibilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or inquiry management systems).
