Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and onboard new B2B customers (retailers, wholesalers, sports stores).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat sales.
Share product catalogues, explain product features, and handle customer queries.
Follow up regularly via calls and WhatsApp to convert leads into orders.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales (garments or textiles preferred).
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic Excel.
