Job Description

Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Meet with clients to understand their needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service before and after sales. Present products or services clearly and persuasively. Conduct demos, explain features/benefits, and answer client questions. Prepare sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. Close sales to meet or exceed targets. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets. Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools. Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for management. Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and campaigns. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly. Work towards achieving individual and team revenue goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
