The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role demands strong communication skills, technical understanding of printing products, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Results Area(KRAs)
A. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify new potential clients through field visits, calls, referrals, and digital inquiries.
Present company's printing services--books, brochures, pamphlets, answer sheets, packaging, custom designing, etc.
Pitch solutions based on client requirements and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
B. Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Maintain regular follow-ups for ongoing orders, approvals, and payments.
Understand client needs thoroughly and provide accurate solutions in coordination with the design & production teams.
C. Coordination & Order Management
Collect all job-related details from clients (content, size, paper type, quantity, finishing, etc.).
Coordinate with designing and production teams for job feasibility, costing, and delivery timeline.
Ensure clients receive timely updates on order status and dispatch
D. Quotation & Negotiation
Prepare quotations based on job specifications.
Negotiate pricing within internal guidelines to maximize conversion.
Ensure clear communication about terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedule.
E. Market Intelligence
Identify new market trends, printing demands, and competitor activities
Share insights with management to support decision-making and new product development.
F. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
Update daily sales reports and CRM/system entries as required.
Required Skills & Competencies

Understanding of printing materials (paper types, sizes, finishing, color concepts)
Basic knowledge of printing process (offset, digital, screen printing)
Ability to explain design and print specifications to clients

Required Experience:-
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in printing/packaging industry sales (preferred).
