Key responsibilities

Lead generation:

Identify and research new business opportunities and potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales and negotiation:

Present products or services, demonstrate their value, prepare proposals and quotes, and negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

Account management:

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling inquiries or resolving issues.

Performance tracking:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information, often using a CRM, and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Market research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
