Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Sale's Executive at Siddharth Group in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing client relationships and ensuring their real estate needs are fulfilled.

Qualifications



2 to 4 years Experience in Real Estate and handling Residential Property projects

Proven Sales skills in the real estate industry

Excellent Customer Service skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus

Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is preferred
