Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for finding new potential clients, pitching our products, visiting construction sites, and but not limited to making quotations/estimates. The ideal candidates should have past experience in sales preferably in construction industry, strong marketing skills, innovative approach, good speaking skills, and basic computer knowledge. A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

Key responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and vendor visits. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Pitch our products to customers in a detailed and convincing manner. Measure the areas and understand the design provided by the client. Make quotations/estimates based on the product required. Handle complaints or objections from the clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong marketing skills. Quick learning and thinking. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience:

Previous experience in a sales role is mandatory and is preferred if the role has been in construction industry.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
