Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time | Shopify & eCommerce Services

CreatPix Infotech LLP is looking for someone with around 6 months of practical experience in outreach and sales communication. If you're good at email outreach, understand inbound/outbound processes, and can write sales-focused content for LinkedIn and Instagram, this role is a great fit.

What you will do:

Handle outbound and inbound email outreach for Shopify and eCommerce leads Write effective outreach emails, follow-up sequences, and client communication Create short, sales-driven content for LinkedIn and Instagram (to support outreach and branding) Contribute to outreach and content strategies with guidance from the team Identify potential clients and qualify them based on their requirements Do basic research on Shopify and eCommerce trends Coordinate with design, development, and support teams when needed Track lead updates, performance, and communication in CRM tools
What we expect:

6 months to 1 year experience in email outreach or sales Strong written English and ability to write clear, professional content Understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation Ability to write simple, sales-focused social media posts Someone who can think strategically and take initiative Basic understanding of eCommerce or interest in Shopify Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
