Job Description

To support the Area Manager - Sales in lead generation, client coordination, documentation, market follow-ups, and execution of sales activities to achieve business targets for electrical panels and industrial product range.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Market Development



Support in generating enquiries through calls, visits, and digital platforms. Maintain an updated database of prospects and market segments.

2. Client Coordination & Field Support



Assist in scheduling client meetings, field visits, and product presentations. Join Area Manager for customer visits when required. Understand customer requirements and share with internal teams.

3. Quotation & Documentation Support



Prepare basic quotations for LT Panels (PCC/MCC/PDB/MLDB/ACDB/DCDB, etc.) as guided. Maintain enquiry logs, quotation registers, and sales documents. Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations and pending enquiries.

4. Internal Coordination



Coordinate with Design Team for GAD, BOM or technical details as per requirement. Communicate order status with Production, Procurement & Dispatch team. Ensure all commercial documents (PO, drawings, approvals) are received and updated.

5. Sales Follow-up & MIS



Track progress of enquiries, quotations, and orders under respective territory. Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales updates, and MIS data for management. Support in building distributor/contractor network.

6. Customer Relationship Management



Maintain healthy communication with existing customers for repeat business. Resolve basic customer queries; escalate technical/commercial matters to Manager - Sales.

7. Market Insights



Collect information on competitor pricing, product trends, and customer feedback. Share timely updates with Area Manager for strategy improvement.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
