We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, promoting solar solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sustainable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Explain solar products, services, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and quotations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI reports to customers.
Close sales and follow up on payments and documentation.
Maintain sales records, client data, and daily activity reports.
Stay updated with solar industry trends, government policies, and subsidy schemes.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales (solar sales preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, and installation process is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools).
Education:
Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Engineering, or related field.
Technical background preferred but not mandatory.
