We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Display Representative to support in-store product display setup, guide customers through product selection, and manage order processing from inquiry to dispatch. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sense of design/theme presentation, and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays.
Understand customer needs and present suitable themes and products
Share product catalogs, pricing, and help finalize selections.
Prepare and share quotations and take final orders
Record order details accurately and coordinate with internal teams
Follow up with vendors and customers regarding delivery
Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skill
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of interior product themes, colors, and styles
Ability to handle customer queries and give appropriate solutions.
Basic knowledge of quotation and order process
Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Excel, and basic digital tools.
Time management and task tracking skills
Must have good command of convincing prospect to customer
