Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and networking
Explain Training Guru's services and programs to potential clients
Set appointments, follow up consistently, and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare daily/weekly reports
Achieve monthly sales targets
Attend meetings, workshops, and client visits as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (training/consulting industry preferred, not mandatory)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Basic computer
Ability to achieve targets and work independently
Positive attitude & professional behavior
