About the Role


We are looking for a Sales Executive who can manage inbound leads, understand client needs, present our services clearly, and drive conversions with consistent follow ups.

Key Responsibilities



Qualify and contact leads provided by the company Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and budget Present services in a clear and professional manner Share proposals, quotations, and pricing details Follow up with warm leads until closure Update and manage the sales pipeline in CRM Handle client objections confidently Close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

Requirements



1 to 3 years of experience in sales Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Comfortable with calling and video meetings Basic understanding of sales cycles Ability to explain services in simple terms Strong follow up and documentation habits Target-oriented with consistent performance Immediate joiners preferred

Skill Set



Lead qualification Listening and probing skills Objection handling Negotiation and closing CRM and pipeline management Relationship building Clear verbal and written communication Time management and follow-up discipline
