We're looking for a Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development. The role includes generating new leads, meeting potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You'll also support existing customers and help strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Find and connect with new leads through calls, visits, and online platforms
Present company products and services clearly
Understand client needs and suggest the right solutions
Follow up regularly with prospects and clients
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Keep track of market trends and competitors
Requirements
1 to 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in meeting clients and closing deals
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Basic CRM knowledge is an advantage
Graduate in any field
