Identify, engage, and onboard international and domestic buyers including architects, builders, distributors, and tile importers.
Present and promote Impirion's luxury tile collections and product offerings to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right tiles, slabs, or products based on design, application, and project requirements.
Maintain strong follow-up communication from inquiry to order finalization.
Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs, shipment details, and pricing information.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and upcoming trends in the ceramic and construction industry.
Attend client meetings, trade shows, and virtual presentations as required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing Impirion's commitment to quality and excellence.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales (ceramic, building materials, interior design, or export industry preferred).
Strong understanding of tiles, slabs, sanitaryware, or product design is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust-based client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp/Email business communication.
Ability to work on-site, full-time in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
