We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly
Telecalling Executive
to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in closing deals. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Attend customer enquiries, reply over call / mail
Make Quotations for customers and followup for billing
Achieve Sales Targets
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and customer database in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth execution of orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (preferably B2B).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
