About the Role

Identify and connect with potential customers Present and explain company services Manage follow-ups and close sales Build strong customer relationships and support overall business growth
Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, visits, and referrals Explain services clearly and professionally to customers Conduct meetings/presentations when required Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales Keep accurate records of inquiries and conversions Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the telecalling and operations team Provide regular reports on sales activities
Required Skills

Strong communication in Gujarati / Hindi / English Confident personality with good convincing ability Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM data entry) Good negotiation, presentation, and customer handling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Minimum 6 months of sales experience Experience in field sales or service-based sales is a plus
