Job Description

Explain frame and lens details, prices, and discounts clearly

, and mark the

payment mode (cash/card)

on the form.

Handle repairs, replacements, and transfers carefully

- note any damage, explain breakage risk, and take the

customer's signature

.

Follow the Store In-Charge's instructions

, ensure

top customers are handled personally

, and keep your work area

clean, ready, and stocked

(cases, pouches, etc.).

Keep your frame and sunglass display clean and arranged daily

, and

sort your counter stock

regularly.

Take follow-ups on your pending and ready orders

, and

inform customers

if there is any delay.

Clean frames and sunglasses before showing them

, and

fill order forms properly

with all customer details and signature.

Take accurate measurements

using

PD Meter or Visio Office

, and

use the iPod

for every customer. Optical Retail Sales experience required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,978.81 per month
