? Roles & Responsibilities



1) Conduct field visits to client offices to promote and sell company products.

2) Manage sales activities to meet or exceed business targets.

3) Collect customer contact details and follow up on leads systematically

4) Actively generate new leads and engage with prospective and existing customers

5) Handle both self-sourced and company-assigned leads effectively

6) Conduct product demonstrations.

7) Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

8) Negotiate with potential clients to close deals and convert prospects into customers.

9) Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

10) Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

11) Accurately document customer interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics using digital tools.

Qualifications and Skills



>> Strong verbal and written communication skills.

>> Persuasive, with strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

>> Ability to organize and track leads, appointments, and sales pipeline.

Preferred skills and qualifications



Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline

Proven record of meeting sales targets

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
