We are now looking to strengthen our sales force with dynamic Sales Executives.

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of safety products, and the ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, market research, networking, and industry visits.

Promote and sell fire safety and thermal protection products to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across industrial sectors.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable safety solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required.

Negotiate deals, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities using CRM tools.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in industrial sales or B2B sales (fire safety experience is a plus).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical products.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
