Sales Executive - Injection Molding Machines, Hot Runner Systems, Hot Platen Systems & PET Preform Solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the plastic processing industry, focusing on Injection Molding Machines, Hot Runner Systems, Hot Platen Systems, and PET Preform Solutions.
Promote and sell a complete range of equipment and solutions including injection molding machines, hot runners, hot platens, and PET preform manufacturing systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their production goals and offering tailored technical solutions.
Conduct needs analysis and technical discussions with clients to recommend suitable machinery or system configurations.
Perform detailed market research, including competitor analysis, emerging trends, customer needs, and technological developments in plastic molding and PET preform manufacturing.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms while ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all product categories.
Coordinate closely with the technical, service, and application engineering teams for machine trials, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems or designated sales tools.
Provide regular updates and market feedback to management regarding customer demands, competitor movements, and product improvement opportunities.
Key Competencies:

Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, presentations, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
