Job Description

Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products/services. Understand customer needs, build rapport, and effectively pitch product benefits. Convince and close sales by addressing customer queries, concerns, and objections. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/software. Follow up on leads and nurture prospects into long-term customers. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rate
