ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and enhance sales on the

IndiaMART

platform. Generate qualified

leads

, communicate with potential customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Handle field sales activities

- meeting clients, demonstrating products, and closing sales in-person (

Field Sales Experience is Mandatory*).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide prompt

after-sales support

. Optimize

product listings

and ensure effective

online visibility

on IndiaMART and related B2B portals. Coordinate with the

marketing and operations teams

to improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, track targets, and ensure achievement of monthly sales goals.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven Field Sales Experience

in promoting and selling products directly to clients (

Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Demonstrated ability to

convert leads into successful sales

. Experience in handling

IndiaMART inquiries

and managing client relationships effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven. Proficient in

TECHNICAL SKILLS (If Required)

IndiaMART Operations

- Listing, optimizing, and managing product inquiries.

Lead Generation & Conversion

- Ability to generate and convert leads through online and offline platforms.

Email & Tele Sales Techniques

- Skilled in professional email communication, cold calling, and follow-ups.

Product Knowledge & Presentation Skills

- Able to clearly explain product features and benefits, especially for medical and surgical items.

Multitasking & Time Management

- Efficiently handle multiple client queries and meet deadlines.

Must have good knowledge of Surgical Products and Medical Equipment.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
