Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT products or solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-4 years of proven experience in
IT sales, software sales, or B2B technology sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling ERP, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital sales techniques.
Existing client network in the IT or corporate sector.
