Role summary
We're hiring a results-driven
Sales Executive (Non-ATL)
to build relationships, win business and grow revenue for our BTL, events, experiential activations, OOH and digital services. This is a field + inside sales role: you will generate leads, close deals, prepare proposals, coordinate with operations and ensure flawless campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
Hunt for new business: prospect clients across FMCG, retail, BFSI, education, healthcare and local enterprises for events, activations, product promotions, OOH and digital packages.
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation ? discovery ? proposal & costing ? negotiation ? contract closing ? handover to operations.
Create persuasive proposals, RFP responses and commercial decks (costing, timelines, ROI/footfall estimates).
Sell services such as live events, roadshows, product demos, street teams, mascot activities, experiential installs, vehicle branding, and integrated local digital promotions. jkeventsandadvertising.com
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM.
Coordinate with production, operations, creative and logistics teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Own client relationships: regular check-ins, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, feedback capture and case study development.
Prepare weekly reports (pipeline, conversions, revenue booked) and forecast accurately.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows and local events; manage negotiations and client sign-off.
Ensure timely collections and follow up on receivables as per company policy.
Who will succeed
1-3 years experience in BTL / events sales, experiential marketing, OOH/activation sales, or agency media sales (not focused on ATL).
Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals (events or activation contracts).
Comfortable with field sales, travel (within assigned states), and client-facing negotiations.
Good commercial sense: budgeting, markup, costing, and margins.
Excellent written & verbal communication; able to create crisp proposals and presentations.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills -- liaising with creative, operations, vendors and logistics.
High energy, target-oriented, organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with a CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) is a plus.
Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication or equivalent.
Preferably 1-3 years in events agency, experiential marketing, BTL sales, OOH sales or activation roles.
Valid local travel flexibility; two-wheeler/car preferred for field duties.
