Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily IndiaMART Buyleads.
Contact potential buyers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cable products
Share quotations using pre-approved formats
Update CRM with follow-up dates and status (Warm / Hot / Closed)
Coordinate with Team Leader for order slips, dispatch planning, and follow-up
Ensure all leads are responded within 24 hours
Work closely with internal departments (Estimation, Packing, Accounts)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any field)
Communication: Hindi fluency, Basic English speaking & writing
Basic computer skills: Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email
Experience in Wires & Cable industry preferred (Freshers welcome)
