Job Description

Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a strong drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential customers through cold calling, market visits, networking, and digital research. Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings to understand their requirements.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

3. Sales Presentation & Negotiation



Present company products and solutions effectively and professionally. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.

4. Market Analysis



Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing. Provide timely feedback to management to assist in sales strategy development.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and activity reports through CRM tools. Submit regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.

6. Post-Sales Coordination



Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Follow up on payments and gather post-installation feedback.

7. Target Achievement



Consistently work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Contribute to strategic planning for business development and growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in building materials, construction, hardware, or manufacturing industry). Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.
