Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound tele calling to potential clients to promote real estate projects.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate property options.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience
in tele calling, tele sales, or real estate sales.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
