Key Responsibilities



1. Lead Outreach

Reach out to potential clients via

email, WhatsApp, and phone calls

. Schedule

product demos

and maintain accurate

CRM records

.
2. Product Demonstrations & Consultations

Conduct engaging

online product demos

(via Zoom/Google Meet). Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. Address objections and highlight

key product benefits

effectively.
3. Lead Qualification

Evaluate leads using qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT). Identify decision-makers and assess buying readiness. Prioritize

high-potential leads

to maximize conversions.
4. Sales Pipeline Management

Maintain an up-to-date

CRM system

with leads, notes, and follow-ups. Track deals through all sales stages and generate performance reports.
5. Deal Negotiation & Closure

Present

pricing and packages

confidently to clients. Negotiate and close deals using

value-based selling

approaches. Coordinate with internal teams for

post-sale onboarding

and client success.
6. Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with

marketing, product, and support teams

. Share customer insights to improve product offerings and sales processes. Participate in

training sessions and team meetings

for continuous learning.

Requirements



Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Prior experience in

sales, SaaS, or B2B tech

(preferred, not mandatory). Proficiency with

Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM tools

. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
